Athrú serves to hold transformative space for people from all walks of life. It was created in response to a lack of access and importance on art making as a tool for our collective healing. The initiative’s mission is to provide individualized art making sessions and group workshops that support mind, body and spirit.

Meeting of the minds:
Are you lacking support in your personal or professional life? A Meeting Of The Minds is a wonderful opportunity for us to get together and discuss how Athrú can best assist you on your healing journey. During this time, we will work to identify your values and goals and determine if we are a good fit. This particular offer is free to everyone.
In the spirit of being both a guide and collaborator, I offer the option to co-create your experience. This is a good alternative for folks who have specific areas of growth in mind for themselves, their business or organization.

Reclaiming Play:
Reclaiming Play is an introductory class designed to stretch your art-making muscles and free you up to create. So often we are undermined by our inner critic and left questioning how to best express our creative urges. During this class we will re-imagine imperfection and connect to the part of ourselves that demands to be nourished in order to live a honest and multifaceted life. Reclaim your divine right to play and experience the kind of empowerment that restores your joy and resiliency.
The Big Picture:
The Big Picture allows us to go deeper and explore your inner world. By engaging more regularly with the act of making, you allow more time for integration and synthesis. Investing in this offering is the ultimate gift because it affords the time one needs to claim their power and discover their unique visual language. Nina Dubois is an artist and mother living in Middletown Springs, Vermont. She earned her BA in Art Education from Goddard College and went on to teach for 8 years in a therapeutic high school. Dubois founded Athrú in 2022 with the intention of merging her passion for people, art and social justice.
